Goldline Services
Industrial & warehouse cleaning
Warehouses and plants need cleaning that works around forklifts, shifts and production schedules. Goldline plans routes, equipment and timing so floors stay clean without interrupting operations.

Scope
What a industrial & warehouse program covers.
Large-floor, high-traffic cleaning planned around production, shipping and safety.
Typical scope
- Sealed-concrete and epoxy floor scrubbing
- Aisles, docks and staging areas
- Break rooms, washrooms and locker rooms
- Office and mezzanine areas
- High dusting and ledge cleaning
- Degreasing of work areas
Frequencies
Ideal for
- Distribution centres
- Manufacturing plants
- Cold storage and 3PL operations

Robotics option
Long aisles and open floors are the strongest fit for autonomous scrubbers.
Robots are added only where floors, layout and schedule support them, and are supervised as part of the cleaning program.

Where this service is used
Pricing follows a site assessment. We measure areas, review traffic and surfaces, agree a scope and frequency, and price that written scope. We do not quote from square footage alone.
Yes. We plan a transition with a start date, team onboarding, site training and supply set-up, so there is no gap in service.
Each site has a written standard. Inspections score areas against it, issues are logged and closed, and results are reviewed with you on a regular schedule.
Supplies can be included and replenished by your cleaning team, or purchased separately through Goldline Supply.
Programs are scheduled around your operation, including evening, overnight, weekend and day-porter coverage.
Insurance, WSIB clearance and training documentation are provided during procurement. [Confirm coverage details before launch.]
