Hospitality cleaning
Hospitality programs focus on public areas guests judge immediately — lobbies, corridors, event spaces — alongside back-of-house areas that keep operations running.

Scope
What a hospitality program covers.
Front-of-house presentation and back-of-house discipline for hotels and venues.
Typical scope
- Lobbies and public washrooms
- Guest corridors and elevators
- Ballrooms and event resets
- Back-of-house and staff areas
- Stone, terrazzo and carpet care
- Overnight floor maintenance
Frequencies
Ideal for
- Hotels (public areas)
- Event venues
- Conference centres
Final scope is written for your facility after the site assessment.
Robotics option
Robotic vacuums suit long guest corridors; scrubbers suit lobbies overnight.
Robots are added only where floors, layout and schedule support them, and are supervised as part of the cleaning program.

Where this service is used
Pricing follows a site assessment. We measure areas, review traffic and surfaces, agree a scope and frequency, and price that written scope. We do not quote from square footage alone.
Yes. We plan a transition with a start date, team onboarding, site training and supply set-up, so there is no gap in service.
Each site has a written standard. Inspections score areas against it, issues are logged and closed, and results are reviewed with you on a regular schedule.
Supplies can be included and replenished by your cleaning team, or purchased separately through Goldline Supply.
Programs are scheduled around your operation, including evening, overnight, weekend and day-porter coverage.
Insurance, WSIB clearance and training documentation are provided during procurement. [Confirm coverage details before launch.]
